On Thursday the 7^th of June the CCB summer festival took place at the Center for Chemistry and Biomedicine. It was jointly organized by the Jungchemiker Innsbruck, the student representatives for chemistry and pharmacy and the UFO. Summerlike temperatures invited numerous students as well as professors to linger on the lawn and the benches in the park outside the building and the provided additional seatings. Stefanie Tipelius performed an outstanding musical act and later on DJ Chris entertained the guests. Reasonably prized alcoholic as well as non-alcoholic drinks were provided. Food was available in exchange of a voluntary donation.
For the students the CCB summer party was a highly appreciated event in the stressful examination period and a great way to end the summer term.
