Our first Jungchemiker regular's table took place on October 17th 2018 at the Nax in the form of a pub quiz. Thirteen teams competed in various rounds. It started with general knowledge, then it went on with pictures of famous scientists, followed by a politicians round. Before the well-deserved first break, humppa songs were guessed. "Dani's Little Reclam Collection" was about guessing the title from the first page of a Reclam book. The most chemistry-based round of the evening was about five elements: the answers to the questions in this round were elements from the periodic table. "1 to 5" increased the number of answers to the questions.
The final session consisted of a buzzer round, where not just knowledge, but particularly speed was essential. In this round, the teams were able to score many points and so the team "Dalek" were able to win the first place. Our winning team got a Nax voucher, as well as a free ticket to the Tribaun Pubquiz. Also the second- and third-placed teams did not go away empty-handed.
