On April 16th the workshop "personnel management", organised by the regional representatives in Graz, took place. The presentation was held by Stefan Linge, head of personnel and organizational development of the SGS Group in Germany. The workshop is part of a workshop series and alongside with theoretical units also included exercise examples and group works, e.g. how to be a good manager. Furthermore, personal traits of the participants and how they are used properly were discussed. The participants were able to ask questions to different topics during the workshop. Even though, the workshop was held online it was very interactive. At the end all participants received a certificate of participation. Thanks to Mr. Linge for the very informative workshop.
