In an online talk on November 30, 2021, Dipl.-Ing. Harald Nemec, patent attorney and partner at Schwarz & Partner Patentanwälte GmbH, gave insights into patent law in practice. The pathway from an idea to protection as a patent or a different intellectual property right was presented to around 60 participants. The speaker gave several practical examples to explain the typical roadblocks of a patent application and its enforcement. An interesting question and answer session concluded the successful event.
