On April 28th, 2022, the Young Chemists Vienna hosted the talk “Introduction to Lenzing AG and its processes” in cooperation with the Chemical Engineering work group of the Austrian Chemical Society. This event was held in an online format via Zoom. In this highly informative and well-organized talk, Dr. Christoph Klaus-Nietrost and Dr. Christian Sperger introduced Lenzing AG and gave exclusive insights into some processes of pulp production as well as the Lyocell and Viscose process to the highly interested audience. Any questions that came up during the talk were answered thoroughly by both very experienced speakers. The Young Chemists Vienna would like to thank Dr. Klaus-Nietrost and Dr. Sperger for this opportunity to get to know Lenzing AG more closely.
