At the event on the 29th of November 2022, the members of the Salzburg regional representation of the Young Chemistry introduced themself with a short presentation. The structure, tasks and goals of the Austrian Chemical Society and the Young Chemistry Association were mentioned and an overview of the members and activities of the Salzburg regional representation was given. Afterwards, the professors of each working group from the department of Chemistry and Physics of Materials of the Paris Lodron University Salzburg gave short presentations on their research topics. At the final pizza lunch, the students had the opportunity to exchange ideas with the Young Chemistry members and professors and to clarify their questions.
