On November 29, the Young Chemistry invited to the double lecture "Go for green - With research to holistic green hydrogen technologies" and "From basic research to utilization strategies". In her presentation, Dr. Merit Bodner from TU Graz explained how fuel cells and electrolyzers could be made holistically sustainable in the future. Dr. Markus Hochegger then presented how the successful use of lignin can be used to obtain important chemical building blocks for subsequent processing into surfactants, for example. We were particularly pleased about the lively interest and the exciting technical discussions with all participants.
