Origin is a popular tool for students to visualize large amounts of data in protocols, bachelor's and master's thesis, as well as for the dissertation. Therefore, to make it easier for you to use, an introduction to the analysis and presentation program Origin will take place on May 13, with a focus on the application in the university context.

The Workshop will be held in English.



Timetable and contents:
9:00–12:30: Workshop for beginners register here
- Data import, connectors, templates and themes
- Data manipulation, calculations and analysis
- Basics of graphs and data visualization
- Tips and Tricks for uniform publications

13:00–16:30: Workshop for advanced users
- Peak analysis
- Masterpages
- Analysistemplates
- Batch processing
- Export into specific formats
- Implementation into LaTeX

Participants need to bring their own laptop, licenses for the program will be provided. Maximum 20 people can participate in each workshop-part. Please register for both if you want to attend both parts.
