Life is governed by chemical interactions. On the one hand, misregulation of the "cross-talk" between molecules in the biological context is at the origin of various diseases. On the other hand, understanding how these molecules are assembled at the atomic level is key to designing and delivering drugs for therapy. My research group focuses on modeling the molecules of life and studying their interactions in different contexts. In this talk I will give an overview of what computational chemistry can do for this task and I will present recent showcases from our lab.
