"Have you ever asked yourself how the personnel management in a company actually works? On November 12th, 2021, the young chemists" network, in cooperation with Stefan Linge, who is head of personnel and organizational development of the SGS Group in Germany, will offer an online workshop on personnel management.

What makes a good manager? How do you motivate properly? You will get the opportunity to know your personality better and get answers to these and many other questions. This workshop is part of our workshop series but can also be attended independently. At the end of the workshop, you will also receive a certificate of participation.

The workshop is limited to 30 participants (first come, first serve principle), with GÖCH-members being favoured. The registration is until October 29th, 2021, at www.jungchemiker.at . The costs for the workshop are 5€ for GÖCH-members and 10€ for non-members. Please note that the workshop will be held in German.
