The workshop series includes five workshops, which are offered alternately at the different locations Graz, Innsbruck, Linz, Salzburg and Vienna.
Students and interested people have the opportunity to acquire knowledge beyond their studies, which could be important for their future career.
The following topics are covered in the workshops:- Practical basics of business administration e.g. basics in accounting and financial statements, strategic management and advertising of products. Workshop leader: Daniel Morgner (SGS).
- Chemicals law in the EU and in Austria Basics for the safe handling of chemicals; content: REACH (Registration, Evaluation and Authorization of Chemicals); CLP (Classification and labeling of substances and mixtures); safety data sheet, additional regulations in Austria; responsibility. Workshop leader: Dr. Christian Gründling (FCIO - Association of the Austrian Chemical Industry).
- Personnel management e.g.: What makes a good manager? How do you delegate correctly? How do you ensure performance? How do you motivate other people? In addition, the participants get to know their own personality better. What are your principles and how do you become the best leader you can be? Workshop leader: Stefan Linge, Head of Personnel and Organizational Development SGS Group Germany.
Two more workshops are planned in the areas of "Digitalization and Social Media" and "Laws and Standards" in the near future.
In addition to the learned knowledge and the practical examples, all participants will receive a certificate of participation at the end of the workshop. We would be happy to welcome you at one of our workshops.
