On Wednesday, November 17th, the Young Chemists Graz continued their lecture series "Young Chemists ft. Young PIs". Our guest Dr. Dennis Svatunek (TU Wien) gave a marvelous talk about Fukui’s Frontier Molecular Orbital (FMO) theory, in which he critically reflected its scope and limitations. Due to the hybrid format, we were particularly pleased to be able to welcome our participants both on-site as well as online. The next lecture of this successful series is scheduled for the upcoming summer term.
